We are thrilled to announce that we are now ready to move forward with the "Soft Launch" period of our church merger. During this period (January 15-April 8, 2023), we will focus on building relationships with Evergreen, integrating them into the ministries of Encounter, and making sure that everything is running smoothly and with excellence. Here is the plan moving forward:
 

• JAN. 15 - SOFT LAUNCH: Relocate to Mercer Island; Begin Merged Services & Programming.
   

• JAN. 15 - STAFF & LEADERSHIP TRANSITION: Our staff & Board of Elders will take responsibility for both congregations, including facilities and ministry management.
   

• APR. 9 - OFFICIAL GRAND REOPENING ON EASTER: Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023, will be the official grand reopening of the "new" Encounter Church!
